of Collections, designed to build a strong educational foundation
through interactive multimedia CD-ROM's. The first two in the series are QuickStart
to Debt Collection
and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
(FDCPA).
On-line
Proficiency Exams
Our web based exams help you gauge the collectors mastery of the course material and serve as an indicator
of comprehension skills. On-line exam results
are reported back to management via a secure URL address. Passing
students receive a Proficiency Certification.
